Order & Delivery
Orders placed before 9:00 PM will be confirmed and processed on the same business day.
Delivery time may vary depending on your city or location but usually takes 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Any delivery charges applicable will be clearly shown during checkout.
Return & Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please raise a request with our Customer Care Team via phone, email, or live chat. Kindly share the reason for return along with product images.
Returns and exchanges will be handled as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
If your order arrives in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, please inform the delivery partner immediately and ask them to record the issue before confirming receipt.
Our deliveries are verified through a digital Proof of Delivery (POD). Entering the OTP at delivery will be considered as acceptance of the product in good condition.
Once approved, returns or exchanges will be scheduled and collected from your doorstep within 7 days at a convenient time slot chosen by you.
After the product is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated within 10–15 working days to the original mode of payment.
